Refueling, Replacing Flint, and Replacing Wick

Intro
Regular maintenance keeps your Zorro lighter working smoothly. Here’s a clear step-by-step guide to refueling, replacing the flint, and changing the wick.

1. Refueling Your Zorro Lighter

  1. Open the nozzle on your fuel bottle.

  2. Remove the inner tank from the case.

  3. Lift the built-in cotton pad.

  4. Slowly pour fuel into the cotton until it looks damp (not dripping).

  5. Close the cotton pad and reinsert the tank.

Tip: Always refill in a ventilated area and avoid overfilling.

2. Replacing the Flint

  1. Remove the insert from the case.

  2. Unscrew the spring at the bottom.

  3. Tap out any old flint fragments.

  4. Insert a fresh flint.

  5. Reinstall the spring and tighten gently.

Tip: Replace flints regularly for strong sparks.

3. Replacing the Wick

  1. Remove the cotton pad at the bottom.

  2. Take out the cotton packing with tweezers.

  3. Pull out the old wick from the chimney.

  4. Insert a new wick in an S-shaped layout.

  5. Repack the cotton and close the pad.

Tip: Keep the wick trimmed for a steady flame.
